On your Android device please go to Settings > Apps > TC Mobile > Storage. Please tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data. You will have to log back in after clearing the App Data. This should resolve the issues.
If it does not, please repeat the steps above and then delete and reinstall the application and log in again.
From the home screen long tap the app and then tap the (i) icon
Look for a section titled "Storage"
Find the "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" icons and tap.
Close the settings app and open TCMobile, and log back in. If the issue persists, do these steps again, Uninstall the app, reinstall, and log back in.
