To close a managed incident your Tablet Command user is managing:


  1. Tap on the incident in the incident list if you have not already selected it.
  2. Tap on the Activity tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Choose End Incident from the upper left row of buttons.


To close a managed incident another Tablet Command user is managing:


  1. Make sure the incident is no longer being actively managed.
  2. Tap on the incident in the incident list if you have not already selected it.
  3. Tap on the Overview Tab on the left side
  4. Tap on Request Control at the bottom right.  You will either be granted control by the current incident commander, denied control or after 60 seconds of inactivity be granted control of the incident.
  5. Acknowledge that you have been granted control of the incident
  6. Tap on the Activity tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  7. Choose End Incident from the upper left row of buttons.

Note:  You can also ask an account admin to close a managed incident from the web console.
