One cause for not seeing the incidents you expect to see is that Filters have been enabled.  To clear or adjust them  follow the directions below:


Tablet Command:


  1. From the Incident List view, Tap the Filter button which is between he search box and the "Active" button.  If no filters are set it will say Filter By Unit, if filters are set it will show a truncated list of the units that have been selected
  2. Tap Clear to clear the filters
  3. You can also adjust the filters to include all of the units you want to see incidents for by selecting the desired individual units or you can select entire Battalions.
  4. If you want to see incidents without units attached so you can see informational incidents or incidents that are in the call taking process, but do not have units assigned yet activate the "Show incidents without units" slider.
