If you are not receiving notifications on your iPad or iPhone please check the following:


  • You have the appropriate unit and incident type notifications added in Settings for Tablet Command or TC Mobile for On Duty and Off Duty
  • Your On Duty/Off Duty slider is set to the proper setting to match the notifications you are expecting
  • Your phone is not set to Do Not Disturb, or a custom Focus setting that is silencing and hiding the Tablet Command Notifications
  • You have allowed notifications for TC Mobile in iOS Settings > Notifications > TC Mobile 


**iOS 18 Update**

-You can also power down your device and restart, and/or fully delete and app and reinstall.

-Please read the below blog from Apple. It talks about things like fully closing the app and restarting the phone, deleting the app and reinstalling, and updating to the latest iOS.

Once you have checked these and are not receiving notifications please use the App Support tool in Tablet Command and TC Mobile to upload your logs and database to support@tabeltcommand.com so we can do further investigation.
