If you've forgotten your Tablet Command password, or you need to set a new one, you can reset it yourself from the web portal.

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to portal.tabletcommand.com/account/reset-password

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Tablet Command account.

  3. Check that inbox for a message from support@tabletcommand.com.

  4. Open the password reset email and click the link inside it.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your new password.

If the Email Doesn't Arrive

  • Check your spam or junk folder. The message usually arrives within a few minutes.

  • Confirm you used the address linked to your Tablet Command account. Reset emails can only be sent to that address — no other inbox will receive them.

  • If the link has expired, return to the reset page and request a new one.


Reset links expire

A password reset link is valid for 20 days from the time it is sent. After that, it stops working, and you'll need to request a fresh one from the reset page.
