Showing an iPad location on the map requires two steps:

- Turning on location services on the iPad itself

- Enabling location sharing for that user in the web portal

Not showing up on the map?

Both steps need to be completed. If the iPad has location services on but the portal checkbox is unchecked — or vice versa — the device will not appear.
